Fanfiction allowed me to do just that and I've enjoyed every minute of it. After meeting several authors, I came to appreciate the originality they practiced. Where you create something new and not just copy and paste from the source material. That kind of freedom is one that I strive for in my stories. RULE OF TWO There can only be two ongoing stories at the same time more, no less. When one has been completed, another shall take its place. Current Two: Remnant's Mightiest Heroes (RWBY/Marvel): Inspired by Trestwho's Hunters of Justice, I decided to write a Marvel Counterpart to it. Instead of Braniac, it's Kang who is invading Remnant to prevent a bad future in which Salem wins and the Grimm spreads across the universe. RWBY and JNPR escape to Earth and meet the Avengers and other heroes. Heroes of Tomorrow (Code Geass/Marvel): I'm going to be honest, I love writing about superheroes. So why not another? I once did a fanfic where the Code Geass characters take on the roles of Marvel heroes. But then I realized that would upset the balance. So instead, I'm going to have Kang invade the Code Geass timeline out of boredom. After losing to Kang, Lelouch and his friends and loved ones will end up on Earth-616 due to the Siege Perilous. This is still a work in progress. Let it be known that I will work on this fanfic after one of the Current Two is completed. |
